@Greboth: hey m8! thats right i've been racing on your server a few hours earlier! nice races! well thx for the compliment, well i've been practicing this car too!!!as soon as i got S2!just love the FZR! kinda of tricky at first ( powerful RWD always are!!) but after a while... great fun! i suck at finding good setups though, i just mess everything up. thats the reason why ill never be a good racer!!!
regarding wedding, im sure the devs will come, after all its almost their creation too!!
we kinda miss Tiny's point of view here!! LOLOL

I've seen many times on the forum ppl saying how disappointed they were about what this community had become. I just wanted to tell everyone some exemple of what this very same community has best.
I used to be a S1 licensed racer, playing S2 demo, i finally decided to enter this forum last week, and yesterday TinyK basically OFFERED me S2, just like that. I didnt know her and she just sended me a PM telling me she had an extra voucher and since i was a S1 driver, she asked me i would be interested in a S2 license! HOW CRAZY IS THAT??!!!!!!!!!
and plus id like to remind everyone, that there are some racers here who offere their skinning, programming,... skills to the community, and also answer to some of us requests. lets not forget about that!
well thats just what i wanted to point out here, we shall all keep in mind how great this community is!

993 GT2 i hope, the real GT2! man i love this car! the late version with the big rear spoiler! pure beauty! i have the RC version from Tamiya somewhere in my house, i have to give it a ride, its been for freakin ever!
so to answer you, yeah GT2 works fine for me! although it's not the same period (or era!) as the GT40 and 917!
cant wait to see the first preview!
ooo i have one question though, are u doing this just for fun or is there a special purpose for these cars you are designing? since we cant import them into LFS. i know its been debated over and over on this forum, and i'm the opinion that LFS must stay just the way it is regarding mods, but man i'd pay a lot to drive a GT2 in LFS! i know there is GTR to drive GT2 and GT3 but it's nowhere near the feeling you can have playing LFS.

the reason why ramtech's and XC's GT40are different is because ram's is based on the MkII from '67 and '68 and XC's on the "real GT40" from '69.
in both case a great car!
this isn't important for the thread but i just wanted to state this, as the difference between the 2 GT40 seemed to bother some of us! so there you have the answer.

allright thx for the hint Sniper! i'll just wait for the new AI with real driving abilities(S2 next patch!). it's just that the entire purpose of this game is to give the players the best sim, and being able to repair just by hitting the space bar, well ... that isnt my idea of a sim! but im sure the devs are aware of that and know how to improve their game! allthough i didnt check the forum, im sure there's a thread about that in the improvement section! (+ the "running out of gas AI problem"!)

i just get annoyed of the AI driving like crap, hitting the walls, and reparing at once. i wonder if there is any option i can disable to keep the AI from doing so? so is there such an option?

i have one small request, i dont have your talent tonix but i have many ideas. you must have a good amount of work already, but i am a huge porsche fan, and i'd like t be able o drive around in a porsche suit! just like one you did for Beemer (BMW !) very simple, white with a harness (red, blue, green, pink i dont care !!) a small porsche logo on the chest and a few sponsors like mobile, alpinestars, ... and "porsche" written on the leg ! if you could do that ...!! i think you got the point !
